Graduation Information Langley Fine Arts School

Important information for the graduating student:

Grade 12s - it is imperative that you register with the Ministry Student Secure Web system ASAP and request your transcripts to be electronically sent to your post-secondary institutions around the world.

In April and July the Ministry electronically sends an official transcript to the post-secondary institutions you have selected through the Student Secure Web. If you are registered with the Student Secure Web, the transcripts will not be sent and you will not be admitted into the institutions that you've applied to.

You will need your nine-digit PEN (personal education number) and either create an account or login to your existing account. If you do not know your PEN, you can find it on a previous report card OR email Christy de Bulnes ( and she will send it to you.

If you would like assistance, please sign-up for an appointment with Christy on her door in the counselling office.
